Our web servers are located in a climate-controlled co-location facility with secure access and power conditioning equipment. Daily backups are made of all our servers.

Our pledge is to strive for 99% or better uptime for each of our web servers. We have backup servers available to minimize any service interruption due to possible hardware failure. These backup servers retrieve a copy of your web site and data each night. In the unlikely event of a hardware failure, a backup server will be brought online as quickly as possible.
